Shipping Options

1. Orders Below ₹500

  • Normal Delivery:
    • Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days.
    • Available for all 8 zones across India.
    • Delivery charges apply as per the customer’s address and zone-specific rates.
  • Express Delivery:
    • Delivery Time: 2 to 3 business days (via air).
    • Additional charges apply, calculated based on the customer’s address and zone-specific rates.

2. Orders Above ₹499

  • Normal Delivery:
    • Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days.
    • Available for all 8 zones across India.
    • Free delivery—no extra charges for shipping.
  • Express Delivery:
    • Delivery Time: 2 to 3 business days (via air).
    • Additional charges apply, calculated based on the customer’s address and zone-specific rates.

Zone-Based Pricing

  • Delivery charges, where applicable, are determined by the shipping address and the designated zone (1 to 8) as outlined in our internal logistics framework.
  • Zone-specific rates are displayed at checkout to ensure transparency and clarity.
  • Express delivery charges are calculated dynamically and added to the final order total during checkout.
  • For areas falling under remote or difficult-to-access zones, additional charges may apply.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) are typically processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on holidays/weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional campaigns, order processing may take longer. Customers will be notified in such cases.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. The choice of the shipping carrier depends on the customer’s location and the selected delivery method. Our trusted shipping partners include:

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking ID and link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
  • Customers can also log into their eDropzone account to track their order status.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to addresses within India.
  • For customers outside India, stay tuned for updates as we plan to expand our shipping network in the near future.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, military zones, or addresses marked as restricted by local authorities.
  • In case of incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer, the shipment may be delayed or returned.

General Terms

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times mentioned are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, logistics challenges, or unforeseen delays.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details at the time of checkout. eDropzone is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.
  • Express Delivery Charges: These are borne by the customer regardless of the cart value.
  • Missed Deliveries: In the event of missed deliveries due to the unavailability of the customer, the courier service may attempt redelivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will initiate a replacement or refund process after verifying the issue.
  • In case of lost shipments, customers are advised to reach out to our support team with the tracking details. After investigation with the courier service, we will provide a resolution.

Holiday Shipping Schedule
